Very pleased

I have had used coleman pop ups or vikings in the past which served the purpose of camping in decent comfort but came with a host of issues. The 2515rl is a whole new world for us and couldn't be happier. I used it to live in for the ... first two months if owning it while packing up my aging father to move to Florida with me. Made the journey half way across the US with no issues TT in tow and set it up for my father to live in till the completion of his new house. Still everything works great. Only issues were issues from day one. Latch on fridge door broke and slides off. Still not replaced by Camping World. The Toilet was the main nightmare. Flaw in the seal dometic toilet causing urine to gather in the base of toilet. I replaced it myself with the upgraded porcelain dometic toilet and have had no issues. It did take several calls to Doing World and alot and f complaining to get them to even discount the new toilet. I felt there lack of customer care is sadly lacking. Not happy about the black holding tank sensor always reading 1/3 to 2/3 full even though I know it's empty. The sofa bends in middle from me sitting on it, but not enough to complain, just find it annoying. Like the full queen size mattress making it easy to add a 4"memory foam topper easy and surprisingly comfortable. Overall I am happy. Customer service and Quality could always be better with most all things so I'm happy with our purchase.Read More -
Disappointed with quality
By Ron Porter (I am an Owner)Camping World of Sherman TX did not do a pre-delivery inspection or clean up. Overall we like the trailer and layout.Both the black and gray water sensors do not work and always show tanks are full even when empty. Trailer has only been used a total of 5 days so still new. Took trailer to Camping World ... of Strafford MO for warranty repairs and little gets repaired on the First visit, was told the Black and Gray water sensors never work Will be calling the manufacturer on problem.Read More
