Terrible product and consumer service
By Paul Furzeland (I am an Owner)We brought this unit 2 years ago and had issues from get go. Every camping trip was followed by a week in the shop. It spends more time in the shop than camping. We had issues with properly adjusted slides, plumbing leaks, wood trim falling off, right side of trailer intended by over haft inch (exceptable ... says Jayco), shower pan leaks, awning with no go out, fridge that will just stop working for no reason, poor LP flow for left side, just a few. If this was Keystone product they would have given me new unit but Jayco refuse to see this as problem trailer and waved the limit warranty in my face. The only good part was the two year warranty thus we taking our losses and running away from the unit before it cost us tons of money to fix. We had hoped the trailer was an one of by when checked new units there were a large number of issues with each unit and line. There fore stand clear of all Jayco units.Read More
