Venture RV to Display New Line at Fall Open House

The newest manufacturer on the block, Venture RV is displaying its line of SportTrek lightweight travel trailers at the fall open house in Elkhart, Ind. Sept. 17-20, 2012.

Founded in July of this year, Venture RV will be showing product at its display area just south of the intersection of County Road 6 and County Road 15 in Elkhart. The display will be open 8am-5pm daily Monday-Thursday. In addition there will be product setup inside at the Venture facility located in Shipshewana, Ind.

“We will have eight units in Elkhart, including our newest floor plan innovation, a two bedroom with a queen and king size bed,” says Dave Boggs, director of marketing and sales. “It’s actually a versatile model and one of the bedrooms can be configured several ways to meet the consumer’s needs. This floor plan is less than 35’ long and has several unique features. I’m sure it will be a big hit at the show.

“It’s been a lot of fun creating the SportTrek. The Venture Team has taken the stance on making good floor plans even better by adding user friendly features to make camping even more enjoyable. Dealer reaction to the product has been phenomenal and has exceeded our expectations. Dealers in both U.S. and Canada have already seen success with retail sales in just a couple of days after the product has landed.”

The SportTrek travel trailer is available in seven floor plans, ranging from 26’ to 34’. It is equipped with up to two slides, enclosed underbelly, and champagne colored front and back wall. This affordable lightweight travel trailer can be towed by today’s small crossover, suv and light duty trucks.
