Built for families who love vacationing, the Holiday Rambler Augusta B-Plus adapts to any climate and adventure, while providing you with the day-to-day luxuries that you might miss on a vacation.

Three floorplans are available to choose from – we’ll be exploring the 25RBS. We love its use of space, particularly the stylish booth dinette that converts into a Murphy bed. It has a gross vehicle weight rating of 14,500 lbs, gross combined weight rating of 20,000 lbs, front gross axle weight rating of 5,000 lbs and rear gross axle weight rating of 9,500 lbs. The Augusta has an overall length of 25′-10″, overall height of 10′-8″, interior height of 82”, interior width of 95.5” and exterior width of 99”. As well, the Augusta has a water heater tank capacity of 6 gallons, grey tank capacity of 32 gallons, black tank capacity of 27 gallons, and fuel tank capacity of 40 gallons.

With a 305-horsepower Ford Triton V10 engine that churns out 420 ft/lbs of torque, the Holiday Rambler has enough power to take you on any adventure. Its tubular aluminum roof, sidewalls and floor are fully welded and fully laminated with high-density block foam insulation. Sidewalls are built with smooth white fiberglass and the rear cap is built from a one-piece fiberglass. The front cap is made of aerodynamic fiberglass and the walls are high-gloss gel-coat fiberglass.

Holiday Rambler designed the Augusta’s cockpit to fulfill the driver’s needs, while providing all the necessary tools to drive comfortably and navigate properly. To avoid the sun’s glare, there are multi-positioned sun visors. Driving for hours or days is made comfortable with the leatherette pilot and co-pilot cockpit recliner seats. Parallel parking is made easier thanks to two side cameras that go along with the rear vision system. Keeping the driver entertained is an AM/FM in-dash electronic stereo with a clock. A wood grain dash appliqué adds convenience and style.

Just because you might be thousands of miles away from civilization, doesn’t mean you have to give up electronics. The Augusta B-Plus has an entertainment center that might be better than the one you have at home. Across from the dinette you’ll find an electric lift that houses a 32” LCD television. The Augusta comes with satellite dish prep, TV antenna and a dash stereo antenna. If you’re very serious about entertainment then request a home theater surround system with a sub-woofer. You can also request an exterior entertainment centre to make outdoor barbeques more exciting.

A fully equipped kitchen allows would-be chefs to keep the food coming. The kitchen’s pantry and cabinetry blend in beautifully with the rest of the interior. The wood cabinetry comes in Hillside Cherry and the cabinet doors have hidden hinges so the area looks less cluttered. Overhead cabinets are equipped with square raised-panel doors, which have decorative glass inserts. Door pulls throughout the Augusta are made of satin nickel. The pantry, which will store your cereals, canned goods and condiments, comes with adjustable shelves.

Family chefs can prepare meals on the solid surface kitchen top, laminated and finished with a wood grain rubber edge. Store food in the flesh-mount single door refrigerator and heat it up in the stainless steel microwave. Cook up delicious recipes on the two-burner cook top, equipped with solid surface range covers. There’s also a stainless steel lighted power range hood. Wash vegetables in the solid surface kitchen sink, deep enough to pile dishes and comfortably wash them. Once you’ve prepared supper for the family, serve it at the dinette, which sits beside large windows that look out at the lake or park or wherever you happen to be. At night, the dinette converts into an electric Murphy bed, which sleeps two comfortably.

In the bathroom you’ll find a porcelain toilet, large double bowl, stainless steel sink with satin nickel lever and pullout sprayer, as well as a spacious shower and surround equipped with a glass door and vinyl curtain. The shower faucet features a shower hose and head with shut-off.

When you’re finally ready for a good night’s sleep, retire to your bedroom. The queen-size bed has a wood grain headboard and bedspread with reverse sham. You can also request a 19” LCD television so you and your significant other can enjoy some alone time with your favorite shows.
