In the way of measurements, the Plateau RB has an exterior length of 22’9”, an exterior height of 9’8”, an exterior width of 7’10” and an interior standing height of 75”. For water, it has a fresh water capacity of 30 gallons, a grey water capacity of 35 gallons, a black water capacity of 12 gallons and a six-gallon water heater. As well, the Plateau RB has 11,030lbs GVWR with dual rear wheels. Other amenities that come standard with the Plateau RB are a 12-gallon propane tank, a 16,000 BTU furnace and an 11,000 BTU Penguin roof air conditioner, making it a four-season RV.

Designed to be an ideal coach for the roaming couple, the 2012 Pleasure-Way Plateau RB offers a superb ride that’s easy to handle. Built on a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter chassis, the Plateau RB is powered by a 3.0 V6 Mercedes-Benz Blue Tec turbo diesel engine. Equipped with adaptive electronic stability and traction control, the Plateau RB also features four-wheel disc brakes with ABS and five-speed auto transmission, which adds to its high level of drivability. Other features that make the drive smoother include a 170” wheel base, chassis air conditioning, a 25-gallon fuel capacity, 215/85/R16 BSW all-season tires and Mercedes-Benz tire sealant and compressor kit.

Getting in and out of this Class B motorhome is a breeze, thanks to its two-stage sliding door system and its remote keyless entry. As well, the Plateau comes with the added benefit of a 13’ Fiamma awning, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or gazing at the stars.

If you’re looking to add a little more to your Plateau RB, you can upgrade with silver, grey-white or Arctic white body paint and a 2.5 Kw Onan LP generator.

Inside the 2012 Pleasure-Way Plateau RB, you’ll find a tastefully decorated living space. Outfitted with Desert Sand or Stone Taupe ultraleather fabric, the interior is highlighted with Hard Rock or Cognac Maple cabinetry and Sandalwood or Greylite Corian countertops. The interior is further accentuated by LED lights and a low-profile Fan-Tastic fan.

Up front in the cab, the swivel driver and passenger seats are not only comfortable, but multi-purpose too, as you can swing around to use the dinette table or watch TV. And for the long hauls, you’ll appreciate features such as the tilt and telescopic steering wheel and cruise control functions. Other cab perks include power windows, door locks and mirrors.

Following the cab is a cozy living space. The driver and passenger seats swing around so you can enjoy a meal at the small dinette table, or watch the swing-out 22” TV (that also comes with a DVD player).

Next up is the kitchen that has what you need to cook great meals while on the road. This includes a Dometic three-way 3.8 cubic foot refrigerator, a two-burner LP flush mount stove and a convection microwave oven. Other kitchen features you’ll appreciate in this class B motorhome include a stainless steel sink, soft-close drawer guides, Corian countertops and a slide-out pantry.

Next up is the private bathroom, complete with shower, sink and medicine cabinet. There’s also a Thetford china bowl toilet, so you won’t have to rely on outhouses or convenience store restrooms for taking your bathroom breaks.

Finally we reach the bedroom, our last stop on the tour. The 70”x76” king-sized bed sits on gas struts, so it’s easy to lift and store personal items. There’s also a hanging closet, perfect for keeping clothes off the ground. And you can watch your favorite shows from bed, thanks to a 22” LCD TV that swings out from the wall.

Other features include a water heater bypass, an LP, CO and smoke detector, five-pound fire extinguisher, monitor panel, 45 AMP converter with a charge wizard, coach battery disconnect, deep cycle coach battery, cable TV hook up, as well as a hitch and wiring.

The Pleasure-Way Plateau RB Class B Motorhome sells for around 119,370. Visit http://www.pleasureway.com/ for more information.
