Built with a durable, tubular aluminum roof skeleton and insulated using 51/2″ formed insulation, the roof features an A/C condensation drainage system that runs internally through the roof insulation and down the sidewalls, redirecting water underneath it.

In the way of flooring, it comes equipped with vinyl tile floor that is bonded to high-impact oriented strand board and high-level engineered oriented strand board. Outfitted in a choice of three decors – Pecan, Flint and Marble – your surroundings are enhanced by cabinets finished in Medium Alderwood, English Chestnut and Cherry Bark. These cabinets boast raised panel hardwood doors and solid wood fascias. Above, you’ll find a soft touch vinyl ceiling and underfoot is wall-to-wall vinyl tile flooring and Scotchgard treated carpet.
