Great idea, bad execution
By Jim Smith (I am an Owner)We have a 2008 KX 23CR hybrid. Enough room for the family and room for the grandkids to play. Spent two months in Florida 2010 &month in Arizona 2011. Plenty of space, used an electric heater to augment the furnace. Warm and comfy.. Have leaks every trip. water poured from speaker. Back bumper ... weld broke. Had to send to KZ factory to replace entire floor structure. Needs repairs after every trip. We love the camper, but KZ sucks pond water. Quality control nonexistent. Amish made is a joke. Would love to keep it forever, but hate maintenance intensive hassles. Layout gives effect of a 32 foot unit in small footprint. Our 2009 Ford F150 pulls it fine. Steer clear of KZ RV. Wheelen RV in Joplin, MO nice place and folks, but they don't or can't fix things right. Hybrid is the way to go even for long stays.Read More
