Stepping-UP
By Mary-Anne Wyllie (I am an Owner) on Aug 08, 2013Well I'm a die-hard 'TENT' camper, I frowned upon trailer campers, 'house on wheels" that's not camping! Now look at who's calling the water, BLACK! My husband and I, along with our English Springer Spaniel, Dutchess love the outdoors, and camping is it for us! I introduced my husband to camping, but ... unlike me, he isn't basic, tenting became stressful. At the end of 2006 season, I tossed the Tent, into the garbage bin at the campground. Told my husband I was done! He took me to look/consider a trailer, we decided on a 2007 Starcraft hard-top, (big suit-case), but again, the work involved, I had enough. We returned in 2012 to look at another house on wheels, ahh..love at first site! My launch, perfect size, the single axel we can tow with van! No more getting on my knees to go in and out of fridge, no more endless trips to buy ice! The micro-wave and stove top, if I need them, and an overhead exhaust! The bathroom in the downpour of rain in the middle of the night, no longer a problem! I can wash my hands and dishes in hot water! Storage, I don't know what to do with all of it! The design, interior is perfect colours, and suited for outdoor style, a lot of the trailers interior was terrifying! My husband has storage, the he can access from both inside and outside! Bonus, marriage saver, the awning, it's so easy to put up/tilt and take down, no more stress at putting it up and down, and poles breaking, and the size is awesome! We had couples, stop and ask about our launch, and have shown it to fellow campers passing by! The bunks, are of top quality, others you could stretch with your finger and see the evidence, but not with the launch, the quality is great, as it is through out the trailer. It's perfect for us, easy to tow, camp-site friendly, enough space for us! We keep it in our drive-way, so other then having to pack fresh food, and clean clothes, it's always ready to go when you are!Rating breakdown
